| The World Famous Bushman | The World Famous BushmanThe World Famous Bushman, also known as David Johnson, has been entertaining passers-by along Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, United States, for over twenty-five years. In his show, Johnson hides behind branches and waits for unsuspecting people to wander by. When they approach, he jumps out and startles them. He has become very popular, as audiences form daily to watch him. But with popularity comes the price of too many people being aware of him, so fewer people are startled by him. However, there are still many first-time visitors to San Francisco that have yet to hear of the Bushman, and as long as they exist, the Bushman will be able continue his act. (references) | ||
