Abstract: A beach carry-all cart device is provided with a cloth bag extending upwardly from a base member which rides on a cylindrical wheel. The bag is unsupported except for a sleeve around a handle member which extends vertically to a handle grip into which a vertical slot is cut to receive cloth handles extending from the upper edge of the bag. Vertical zippers are provided along opposite side walls to expose the interior contents which typically are one or more beach chairs and other items. |
