The Abbey of Bec in Normandy, France is a Benedictine foundation. Its full name is the "Abbey of Notre Dame of Bec-Hellouin", and it was founded in 1039 by a monk named Herluin. The Abbey is situated in a valley, midway between the cities of Rouen and Le Havre.

In mediaeval times Bec also owned and managed St Neots Priory in England as well as being involved with a number of other British foundations. Two Archbishops of Canterbury were monks from Bec.
